Payment Terms
Your account is LIVE.  Your member number and pin have been issued in your fulfillment materials that have been mailed via USPS.  If for any reason you have not received your New Member package by regular U.S. Mail within 7 –10 Days, please feel free to contact Member Benefit Support as indicated above to request a no cost duplicate package that will be expedited and sent to you with your assigned member number and online website access information.

Your payment as a new member of Digital Rewards Plus will process in approximately 15 days for the first month payment of $24.72 unless you choose to cancel and will appear on your Credit Card Statement as 8557336193DRPSupport. Your membership will be charged every three month’s for a quarterly payment of $74.66 unless you choose to cancel. Your membership can be canceled at any time, no questions asked.  If you have any questions simply call our Member Support & Customer Service Representatives, toll-free at 1 (855) 733-6193. Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
